In this work, Lena Kunz menstruates on a three-meter-long roll of paper. 
She had her period probably around 266 times since getting here period the first time when she was 12. The menstruationblood has a strong materiality, different than blood coming out of a wound, it flows out of the vulva. That is rarely pictured, mostly menstruation is pictured without the vulva and the same in reverse.
